BLUE LAGOON

This is a white sand bay located about 10 minutes of navigation from Padangbai harbor. The bay itself is protected and offers a good training site. Out of the bay, depending if going left or right is possible to dive either along a wall or along a sloping reef. Hard and soft corals cover the reefs of Blue Lagoon, here is often possible to encounter white tip reef sharks, turtles, napoleon wrasses, octopus, cuttlefish and blue spotted sting rays. Blue Lagoon is a great, fun, easy and colorful divesite.

JEPUN

Jepun is a nice reef right north to the harbor of Padangbai. Here is possible to see a little nice speedboat wreck at around 18 meters of depth, here is often possible to see frogfish, giant frogfish, batfish and scorpion fish. Most of the times around this area divers can be surprised by a little submarine, carrying tourists for a dry underwater experience and emerging from the blue water. Continuing the dive to the south is possible to reach a stretch of artificial reef packed with interesting marine life, where is possible to see little sharks resting, nudibranchs, juvenile versions of different species, cow fish, anemones with the inseparable clown fish, sweet lips, leaf scorpion fish and box fish.

JETTY

Jetty could be described as paradise for macro photographers and muck diving enthusiasts.

If you don't belong to this group of divers, or have no idea what we are talking about but you are keen to try something new we ask you a little leap of faith and try this, for sure not pretty, but awesome dive site in.

You will dive under an abandoned commercial pier which pillars are completely covered in beautiful corals, marine life is booming beneath this pier and you will have the chance of seeing some of the strangest creatures that live in the sea such as: leaf scorpion fish, varieties of frog fish, nudibranch, flying gurnard, rhynopias and much more.
